CALL FOR MACHINES: In search of the coolest vehicles, machines, and equipment to help kids and families learn about local companies, organizations, and trades for this free, family-friendly event. Over 800 community members attended the 2023 inaugural event.

EVENT SPECIFICS

• Target Goal for Meet The Machine (MTM) Partners: 22 Partners
• Load-in/Load-out Times: Participating businesses asked to load in with their vehicle by 9am, and load out starts at 2pm
• Registration Deadline: 5/24/2024.
• Seeking 2024 MTM Sponsors @ $500 (Boom Lift Sponsor) and $250 level (Fork Lift Sponsor).
• 2023 MTM event included a wide-variety of machines from: R2D2’s, FWPD Drone Units, Cranes, Firetrucks, Paving Machines, etc.
• 2023 MTM Partners included: 122nd Fighter Wing, Brooks Construction, Don R. Fruchey Inc. FWFD, FWPD, International Harvester, O’Neal Construction, Shambaugh & Sons, Weigand Construction & more.
