Local treasure, Helen Miller, will be at Union Street Market this Memorial Day weekend for her annual poppy sale—a tradition she’s continued for almost five decades. The tradition involves memorializing veterans and fundraising for the American League, which uses the proceeds from the poppy sale to benefit veterans.

Stop by her poppy stand anytime between 11am and 1pm on Saturday, May 27.
